The meeting began with the submission of pertinent documents, which included the revised proposal, purchase request (PR), and the Program and Project Management Plan (PPMP). The revised proposal contained the updated project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes, while the PR and PPMP provided information on the procurement of necessary resources and the overall management of the project.

The team reviewed the documents and discussed any necessary revisions to ensure that they were in line with the project goals and objectives. The discussion was fruitful, and the team agreed that the documents were comprehensive and detailed, providing a clear roadmap for the successful implementation of the project.

The next agenda item on the list was the budget allocation review. The team discussed the allocation of funds for the different categories, including Personal Services (PS), Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), and Capital Outlay (CO). The finance officers presented the budget allocation and explained how the funds would be disbursed to ensure that the project's needs were adequately met.
